usually created for personal use and, as a result, never very polished and sometimes esoteric
all of these tools are completely busted without javascript enabled :)
sometimes i'll write an actual program which runs on your device. i usually don't publish these, but sometimes i will. don't expect these to work on platforms that aren't windows unless you plan on building them yourself
